  • IMPORTANT

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email or following form to process a return application. Please follow the return/exchange process below carefully to ensure that your application is processed correctly and that you receive a refund or exchange:

 

  • RETURN POLICY
    1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
    2. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
    3. Returned items must be unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
    4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    5. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
    6. Customized items and BPR collection are not eligible for return or refund.
    7. Products over the amount of $200 are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
    8. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
    9. If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.

 

  • EXCHANGE POLICY
    1. Exchange are accepted within 5 days of delivery
    2. Approved exchanges must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
    3. Products should be in unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
    4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.
    5. If the value of the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the customer. If the value is more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

 

  • REFUNDS

    After we receive the returned item(s), you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.

 

  • NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
    1. SALE ITEMS
      Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued through Guerrilla-Group Gift Card.

    2. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS / BPR COLLECTION
      Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

 

  • SALE ITEMS

  • REPAIRS

  • ORDER CANCELLATION
    1. Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
    2. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
