WHAT CURRENCY YOU ARE USING?

We are using USD as our currency on our website.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our SIZE GUIDE. They’re located underneath the "INFO" section in product page for each of our products.

DO YOU OFFER SIZE SUGGESTION?

To help you choose the most suitable size, you can refer to the ‘Size Chart’ tab and the product measurements on every product page. For a more accurate size suggestion, do not hesitate to CONTACT US, or click the chat button at the right corner of the page. Our staff can help you with sizing or any questions you may have.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but please note that order cancellation is only available before the product has been dispatched from our studio. If you want to cancel your order, please CONTACT US.

SHIPPING

WHERE IS THE ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

Your package will be shipped from our HQ from Taiwan.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We are using DHL / FEDEX as international shipping service. For Hong Kong / China, SF Express will be the default shipping method.

Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail or SMS.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO SHIP?

Please be noted that the usual shipping days of Guerrilla-Group are Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8) To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Therefore, the package will be only processed on days we listed above. Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.

HOW TO ESTIMATE THE COST FOR SHIPPING OR IMPORT DUTIES?

There is a shipping calculator built into the online ordering system. After you add an item to the shopping cart, click the "CART" button at the top of the page. You will be directed to "Calculate Shipping" where the cost of shipping can be calculated. Or you can direct to our CART PAGE, the shipping rates calculator will be activated if you have products in your cart, which is able to assist you to estimate your shipping fee.

Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / FedEx / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly.

Guerrilla-Group (GFIRMG Co., Ltd) has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE SERVICE?

Yes we do, please note the following for the exchange policy:

  • Exchange are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Approved exchanges must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
  • Products should be in unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.
  • If the value of the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the customer. If the value is more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

HOW AM I ABLE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Please note the following for the return policy:

  1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
  3. Returned items must be unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
  4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  5. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Customized items and BPR collection are not eligible for return or refund.
  7. Products over the amount of $200 are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
  8. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
  9. If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.
