"SIG MIST" is a collaboration with Taiwan-based scent label, November Treasure, on items such as scented candles, perfume, incense, and wearable magnetic clasps. The exclusive olfaction scent named, "Abandoned Children" will be the first theme produced in our first collective effort.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package. Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail or SMS.

To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Therefore the package will be only processed on days we listed above. Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.

IMPORT DUTIES
Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / Fedex / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. Guerrilla-Group (GFIRMG Co., Ltd) has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

IMPORTANT
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email or following form to process a return application. Please follow the return/exchange process below carefully to ensure that your application is processed correctly and that you receive a refund or exchange:
- RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
- Returned items must be unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customized items and BPR collection are not eligible for return or refund.
- Products over the amount of $200 are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
- If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange are accepted within 5 days of delivery
- Approved exchanges must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
- Products should be in unworn, new condition with the tag attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.
- If the value of the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the customer. If the value is more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

After we receive the returned item(s), you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
