I. SHIPPING

We offers worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using Fedex® as default shipping service, but due to the policies from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package. Please check the following list for the delivery days of the international shipping service.

* FedEX International Priority
Delivery Days : 2-4 days

* DHL Express
Delivery Days : 2-4 days

* SF Express
Delivery Days : 2-4 days

* EMS Postal System
Delivery Days : 5-7 days
 

II. Return Policy

* Returns / Exchanges
1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery.
2. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached. 
3. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund.

* Refund
After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It would take 5-10 business day to have the refund posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.

* Sale Item
Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued through Guerrilla-Group Gift Card.
