Service We offer worldwide shipping to all the countries. We are using DHL as default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions from different countries, the shipping service will be changed on several countries to minimize the process time of the package.
Once the package is dispatched, you will be able to receive a tracking number for your reference by E-mail or SMS.

FedEX International Priority Delivery Days : 2-4 days
DHL Express Delivery Days : 2-4 days
SF Express Delivery Days : 2-4 days
EMS Postal System Delivery Days : 5-7 days
Shipping Days Please be noted that the usual shipping days of Guerrilla-Group are Monday / Wednesday / Friday with the exception of holidays (GMT+8).
To ensure the product condition of your order, we will examine the products again before we send out the package. Therefore the package will be only processed on days we listed above. Please contact us if you need assist due to any urgent situation.
Import Duties Customs and import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination country, such extra fees will be charged to the recipient by DHL / Fedex / EMS / SF-Express or your local customs office directly. Guerrilla-Group (GFIRMG Co., Ltd) has no control over such extra charges. Please note that such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Return & Exchanges Please be noted that before you want to send back the package, a return application must be processed with us by E-mail. Please follow the return / exchange process below carefully, otherwise your application will be cancelled automatically and we will not able to process refund on your order.
1. We accept return and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. 2. Return must be sent out in 3 days once your request is approved. 3. Product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached. 4. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 5. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refund. 6. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund. (BPR collection included) 7. Products over the amount of $200 are subject to a $15 restocking fee. 8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. 9. If we see multiple pack returns from you we will likely block your future orders.
Refund After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It would take 5-10 business day to have the refund posted to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
Sale Item Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued through Guerrilla-Group Gift Card.
